Handpiece Repair Department

We understand that your equipment is a vital component for an effective practice. To ensure your equipment is repaired and returned to you with minimal delay, we have a permanent team of skilled and fully trained technicians in our handpiece repair department. We are authorised to service and have access to genuine parts for all major makes of handpieces.

 

Our trained technicians will assess your handpieces within 24 hours of receiving them. We will contact you with a quote for repair if requested, and advise on what action is deemed necessary. 

In normal circumstances, we will endeavour to return your fully repaired handpiece within two to three working days.

 

Workshop Repairs

We are fully equipped to offer workshop repairs for your equipment where on-site service and repair is not considered possible or efficient.

 

We have the expertise, facilities and a well-stocked genuine parts store to conduct major overhauls of equipment with ease and efficiency.

 

Service & Validation 

Our trained and qualified service technicians specialise in the service and validation of sterilisers and washer disinfectors. Our service team conducts both on-site and workshop services, providing units on loan to ensure your practice avoids costly downtime during the process. We keep all steriliser service records on file for future practice audits and accreditations and you will be issued with validation and performance qualification reports on service completion.

 

Online Service Booking

For your convenience, we have developed an online service booking system. This advanced system is easy to use and gives you 24/7 access to book non-emergency and low-priority servicing.
